Mint Oreo Cookies
I like to try all different kinds of cookies – big, small, soft, crispy, thin, thick, and all flavors! These chocolate cookies are the crispy on the outside soft on the inside kind, and perfectly balanced with mint in every bite!

What You’ll Need:
- 2 1/3 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Mint Oreo Cookies, Chopped
- 3/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cup Mint Chips
How to Make Chocolate Mint Oreo Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine 2 1/3 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 3/4 cup cocoa powder.
- In a separate bowl, cream together 1 cup softened butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup brown sugar until smooth. Add in 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla and mix.
- Pour half of the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix together. Then add the second half of the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix together until well combined.
- Stir in 1 heaping cup of chopped Mint Oreo Cookies, 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips, and 3/4 cup mint chips.
- Scoop 2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
Recipe Notes:
- Don’t over bake – Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, or until the cookies are set around the edges. The cookies should still be soft in the center.
- Mint Oreo Cookies – You could use Thin Mints in place of these!
- Mint Chips – And you can use chopped Andes Mints in place of these!
