All of your favorite taco toppings stuffed into a tostada bowl for an easy Taco Tuesday dinner idea!

Vegetarian Taco Bowl
It’s Taco Tuesday! That means it’s time to turn up the Mariachi music and do a happy dance because dinner is going to be easy tonight! These Taco Salad Bowls come together in a just a few minutes with ingredients you most likely already have.
Every Tuesday we have a variation of Mexican food. If you ask my Mexican friends, it’s not authentic Mexican food. But until I learn how to make it the right way, this will have to do!
This idea works great for the family because each person can build their dinner how they’d like! You can do the same thing with Copycat Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme’s and Vegetarian Fajita’s, too!

What You’ll Need:
- Store Bought Tostada Bowls
- Refried Beans
- 1 package Morningstar Griller Crumbles
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- Cheese, Shredded
- Lettuce, Shredded
- Tomato, Diced
- Sour Cream

How to Make a Taco Salad Bowl
- Bake Tostada Bowls in the oven according to the directions on the box.
- Meanwhile, prepare 1 bag of Morningstar Griller Crumbles by frying with a little oil and 1 packet taco seasoning until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Heat refried beans and lay ingredients in assembly line form on the counter in this order: Tostada Bowls, refried beans, browned crumbles, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sour cream. (Include any other taco ingredients you have on hand or would like to add!)
- Scoop desired amount of preferred ingredients into your Tostada Bowl and enjoy!

Recipe Notes:
- Dressing – You don’t have to use sour cream, you can use any dressing, like Ranch!
- Toppings – Use the ingredients you have on hand, or any other ingredients you’d like. You could use:
- Black beans
- Rice
- Fajita veggies
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Onions
- Avocado
- Black olives
- Tostada bowl – I’ve tried not baking it and baking it according to the directions on the box. It tastes better baked, however, it’s just fine if you don’t bake it, too.
