Thin delicate pancakes that are soft with slightly crispy edges! You can stuff them with your favorite sweet or savory fillings!

Basic Crepe Recipe
When I was a kid, my very favorite breakfast food was ‘thin pancakes,’ but the actual name for them is Crepes!
I’ve only made them once in a while over the years because they can be pretty time consuming to cook. The batter is easy to make, and the pancakes themselves are easy to cook… but it takes a while to make so many of them.
However, I recently came across a Crepe Maker, which I quickly discovered is a game changer! It’s one of those gadgets you wonder if they advertise better than it actually works. I was skeptical, but once I tried it I was in love! I mass produce Crepes super fast now, so we’ve been having them a lot more often!
I can’t take credit for this great recipe, I found it over at I Heart Naptime!
