A Valentine version of a traditional Peanut Butter Blossom made with only 2 ingredients!
2-Ingredient Valentine Peanut Butter Blossoms
It’s okay to take short cuts when baking. Some days I have nothing but time and will spend hours in the kitchen. Other days I have more on my to-do list than time to get it all done. And it never fails, one of those things I need to do is bake!
When I don’t have a lot of time to bake, I do semi-homemade. That’s what these Valentine Peanut Butter Blossoms are! There is absolutely no shame in taking short cuts to save time. Now, I am not telling you to claim these as made from scratch – always be honest. But if you save time in the kitchen by shortening the recipe so you can spend more time with your family and still accomplish making cookies for Valentine’s Day, then I consider that a win!
I made these 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Cookies, which are a variation of this idea, and they went viral on Tik-Tok!
If you want to make these from scratch, then be sure to make these Peanut Butter Blossoms! It’s my very favorite recipe.

Recipe Notes:
- Sugar – Rolling dough balls into sugar before placing them onto the baking sheet is optional.
- Sanding sugar – You can use pink and/or red sanding sugar instead of regular sugar if you’d like.
- Chocolate heart – You can swap the Reese’s heart for any chocolate heart you’d like!
- Keeping their shape – I highly recommend placing these in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to quickly firm up.
