What You’ll Need:
- 12 oz bag of Milk Chocolate Chips
- 11 oz bag of Butterscotch Chips
- 12 oz bag of Chow Mein Noodles
- Candy Eggs

How to Make No Bake Chocolate Bird’s Nest Cookies
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Pour a 12 oz bag of milk chocolate chips and an 11 oz bag of butterscotch chips into a large bowl. Melt in the microwave, stirring every 60 seconds until melted and well combined.
- Add a 12 oz bag of chow mein noodles to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spoon scoops of mixture onto the parchment paper and shape into nests. Top each with 3 candy eggs. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture and top with candy eggs.
- Let nests set until firm.

Recipe Notes:
- Eggs – Make sure to put the candy eggs on the nests while the chocolate is still soft so they stick to the chocolate as it hardens. This will help to make sure the eggs stay in the nest!
- Parchment paper – You don’t have to line baking sheets with parchment paper, you can just line the counter top with it!
