These cute little Bunny Butt Cookies tuck nicely into Easter baskets for a fun surprise treat!

Bunny Butt Cookies
The bunnies in our backyard have it made! They live under our neighbor’s shed and mow down my favorite flowers every.single.year. My husband calls my flowers a ‘bunny buffet!’ HA! I have tried everything to try and discourage them from eating my flowers. They laugh at my efforts. I literally walked right by one on the way to the bird feeder – he didn’t even flinch as he enjoyed his dinner. It’s as if he looked at me like his waitress!
Those pesky bunnies know that both my husband and I are too soft to do anything to evict them. We talk big, but we both know we’ll never actually do anything about it. There has GOT to be a nice way to ask them to leave! Anyone have any ideas? I’ve tried everything and nothing works!
Maybe if I sprinkle some Bunny Bait away from my flowers it will distract them? Or maybe they would prefer Carrot Cake Cupcakes? Carrot Cake Mix Cookies?! Or how about the entire Carrot Cake??!!

How to Make Oreo Bunny Butt Cookies
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

- Place an Oreo in the melted almond bark and gently cover it with the melted almond bark.
- Then, scoop the Oreo out of the melted almond bark with the fork and lightly tap the fork against the side of the bowl so the excess almond bark falls off.
- Place the covered Oreo on the parchment paper lined pan.
- Put 2 bunny feet in place as pictured, then press a mini-marshmallow into the center to use as a tail. Sprinkle with white sprinkles.
- Repeat until all Oreos are decorated.

Recipe Notes:
- Oreos – I recommend using Double Stuffed Oreo’s because the thickness of the Oreo is proportionate to the size of the tail and feet. And, it’s a great reason to get Double Stuffed Oreos!
- Dunking – When placing the Oreo in the melted almond bark, just lightly press it down with your finger. Don’t move the Oreo around in the chocolate. If you do, small black specks from the Oreo will be left in the chocolate and you’ll loose the clean white look of the bunny.
- Cookie Pop – If you are feeling adventurous, you can put a stick through the Oreo before dunking and create Oreo Bunny Butt pops instead of cookies!
- Wilton Pieces – You can find the Easter Rabbit Icing Decorations at Target, Walmart, or any craft/hobby store. If not, you can order the feet on Amazon!
