Crock Pot Hot Chocolate Recipe
A cup of this warm, decadent and creamy Crock Pot Hot Chocolate is so easy to make and brings so much comfort and joy while being snowed in!

What You’ll Need:
- 4 cups Heavy Cream, Divided
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 4 cups Whole Milk
- 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 (12 oz) Semi-Sweet Baking Bar, Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
How to Make Crock Pot Hot Chocolate
- Pour 2 cups heavy cream into a crock pot. Add 1/3 cup cocoa powder and whisk until well combined.
- Whisk in remaining 2 cups heavy cream, 4 cups whole milk, 1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, 1 (12 oz) finely chopped semi-sweet baking bar, and 1 tbsp vanilla. Continue whisking to mix well.
- Set crock pot to low and cook for 3 hours, whisking every 20 minutes until the chocolate has fully melted and combined.
- For serving, set crock pot to warm. If you find it’s getting too thick as it sits, stir in milk to thin it out.
