An irresistible dip that perfectly compliments sliced apples, capturing the flavor of caramel apples for Fall!

Caramel Apple Dip Recipe
I took most of the summer off. I really needed the break and time in the sun! It gave me a mental reset.
When I got back to doing what I do in the Fall, I took a fresh look at things. I re-looked at my goals for the year, compared last years schedule to this years to figure out where I could use my time better, and I decided to push myself with new goals that included things outside of my comfort zone.
I made a lot of revisions and big changes in comparison to last year. By the way, I don’t consider my year to be a calendar year. I know, it’s weird. My year starts in Q3, which is around the time school starts.
I decided to challenge myself to do more video. Up to this point, I’ve really hated doing it. It’s harder than people make it look. I am not super fond of seeing myself in video, or listening to my voice. I have a tremor in my hands, which makes it especially hard for me. And editing video is really time consuming, so I had to come up with a failproof way of introducing this new initiative into my day or I wasn’t going to stay consistent with it.
One of my strengths, and weaknesses, is dreaming big. Sometimes I start with biting off way more than I can chew, which can kill any hopes and dreams of actually doing what I want to do because it quickly becomes too overwhelming. This time, my summer mental reset really helped clear my head so I had the sense to start small.
So, that’s what I have been doing! It’s been going great! Because it’s been manageable I am actually enjoying doing it and it’s getting easier and less time consuming to do with practice!
I put together a video for you on how to make this Caramel Apple Dip! Just head over to my reels on Instagram and you’ll see it there.
