Best Spinach Dip
I love it when people bring something to a gathering that I never make myself or I haven’t had in a while. It just hits the spot and sticks with me, like this Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip! I have Lisa to thank for another great recipe to share with you!
It had been so long since I had this delicious dip, I forgot how delicious it was! Especially when you dunk Homemade Artisan Bread in it!
This is one of those recipes you’d assume was time consuming to make, but it actually comes together quickly and bakes beautifully with a nice golden brown finish. What You’ll Need:
- 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Pressed
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 10 oz Spinach, Chopped
- 10 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Drained & Chopped
How to Make Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place 1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, and 1/3 cup mayonnaise in a medium size bowl. Add in 3 pressed garlic cloves and stir to combine well.
- Add in 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 10 oz chopped spinach, and 10 oz drained and chopped marinated artichoke hearts. Stir to combine.
- Spread evenly into a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is slightly bubbly and browned.
