Caramel Apple Cider Cookie Recipe
We have been enjoying the most beautiful Fall weather! The colors are changing, the sun is shining, the breeze is cool – it’s been the very best baking weather!
I decided to step away from my computer and just bake away the day. I absolutely love baking with the windows open while the bright sun shines in and the breeze blows through! I am at the peak of happiness when perfect Fall weather meets Fall baking, especially when the house smells like these Caramel Apple Cider Cookies!

What You’ll Need:
- 1/2 cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 5 packets Apple Cider Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits

How to Make Caramel Apple Cider Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 5 packets apple cider mix until well combined.
- Add in 1 egg and 1/2 tsp vanilla and beat until well combined.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- Beat dry mixture into the wet ingredients until cookie dough forms.
- Mix in 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits.
- Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies. Bake for 11 minutes.
