An easy to make ahead hashbrown casserole that compliments any breakfast! This dish especially works great for holidays!

Frozen Hashbrowns in the Oven
I don’t think anyone has every kicked back and relaxed as the holidays roll around. And if they have, I need to meet them and tap into their routine so I can do the same!
In my line of work, I start preparing the blog for the holidays in July. It’s truly Christmas in July for me! And I am STILL not ready for the holidays when they actually get here!
These Baked Hashbrowns are for those of us with great intentions for fabulous holiday meals, but when the time actually comes we panic because we aren’t as ready as we thought we’d be. You can make these ahead of time, they reheat nicely, and they serve a crowd!
You can serve these with just about anything, but some of my favorites are Vegetarian Egg Bake, Vegetarian Breakfast Sandwiches, and Overnight French Toast Bake!
