A spooky-cute Halloween cookie that’s as delicious as it is fun to make – the perfect compliment to parties!

Peanut Butter Spider Cookie Recipe
Both my Aunt Laurina and my Dad sent me pictures of this idea for Peanut Butter Spider Cookies within days of each other! I took it as a sign that I should make them!
I am so glad I did, I had so much fun making them! While they may look time consuming, they actually aren’t! They didn’t take too much time at all. Waiting for them to harden is what takes the most time.
I think kids and adults of all ages will love these cuties for Halloween! Go all in and make some Monster Eye Cookies, Nutter Butter Mummies, Halloween Oreo Dirt Cake Cups, and Halloween Rice Krispie Treats, too!

What You’ll Need:
- 1/2 cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Mini Reese’s Cups, Frozen & Unwrapped
- Candy Eyes
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips, Melted

How to Make Peanut Butter Spider Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place a bag of mini Reese’s cups in the freezer.
- Beat together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 3/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt. Then pour into the peanut butter mixture and beat until you have cookie dough.
- Scoop out tablespoon size amounts of dough and roll into balls. Before placing the balls of cookie dough on the baking sheet, roll around in extra white sugar in a shallow bowl.
- Place balls of cookie dough on the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
- In the meantime, remove the mini Reese’s cups from the freezer and unwrap the amount you need for the number of cookies in the oven. Return the rest to the freezer.
- Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, place an unwrapped mini Reese’s cup into the center of the cookies.
- Then press 2 eyes against each mini Reese’s.
- Let cookies completely cool.
- Melt 1 cup chocolate chips, then transfer to a squeeze bottle. Draw legs on each ‘spider.’
- Let harden.
