Easy Graveyard Brownie Bites

I recently bought some brownie bites from Target with the intention of making Pumpkin Patch Brownie Bites. I thought there were too many of them for just that one idea, so I came up with several other ways to use them – including this idea for Graveyard Brownie Bites!

I am too lazy to host a Halloween party, but I love dreaming up ideas if by some miracle I do actually have one! If you are having one, then I think your guests will love Nutter Butter Mummies, Halloween Rice Krispie Treats, Crock Pot Halloween Crack, Oreo Dirt Cake Cups, and Oreo Witch Hat Cookies, too!

What You’ll Need:

• 12 Store Bought Brownie Bites
• Oreo Crumbs
• 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
• 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
• 2 tsp Milk
• 2 tsp Corn Syrup
• Graveyard Candies

How to Make Graveyard Brownie Bites

• Set out 12 store bought brownie bites on parchment paper.
• Grab a handful of Oreo’s and pulse in a food processor to make crumbs. Set aside.
• Make the ganache by melting together 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1 1/2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp milk, and 2 tsp corn syrup for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir mixture until well combined and smooth.
• Spoon a little of the ganache on the tops of each brownie bite.
• Then heap piles of Oreo crumbs on top of each brownie bite.
• Garnish with a graveyard candies.
