Mummy Cookies
I love kids, they are my very favorite people! They get excited about simple things, like Nutter Butter Mummies!
It’s always in the back of my mind to be more kid-like. Kids are honest, realistic, curious, creative, playful, and forgiving. They see solutions not problems, they don’t take things personal, and they find joy in the little things.
I try to make cute treats for each holiday. I wish I had a whole house full of kids, but things didn’t work out that way so I just share my love with the kids in my life instead!
I’ve made Lego Rice Krispies Treats, Love Bug Oreo Cookies, Reindeer Oreos, Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie Turkey’s, and Oreo Bunny Butt Cookies to name a few!
What You’ll Need:
- 8 Nutter Butter Cookies
- 1 (12 oz) bag White Chocolate Chips
- 16 Candy Eyes
How to Make Nutter Butter Mummies
- Lay parchment paper on the countertop.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, melt 1 (12 oz) bag of white chocolate chips.
- Dunk a Nutter Butter in the melted chocolate and tap off the extra on the side of the bowl. Place on the parchment paper and put two candy eyes into place. Let chocolate harden.
- Melt remaining chocolate again and drizzle over the hardened chocolate to give it the look of a mummy.

Recipe Notes:
- Number of Mummies – Make as many as you’d like, you don’t have to limit yourself to 8. Adjust accordingly to the amount you want and the remaining melted chocolate you have!
- Melting Chocolate – When melting the chocolate chips, place in the microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir. Put back into the microwave and repeat process until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
