Easy Cheddar Biscuits
This is my Grandma’s very own recipe for Homemade Cheddar Biscuits! She accidentally created it this summer. She made scones for a church picnic and it was unanimous that we put the recipe on the blog. So the following week she made them and they were nothing like a scone, they were more like a biscuit.
So she tried making them again, and still not a scone. But they were fantastic biscuits! She had perfected them. We pivoted and decided they were destined to be biscuits. But she had to make them a third time because she didn’t measure the flour. Even experienced bakers go through trial and error!
These would go really good with a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup, a plate of Olive Oil Pasta, or a slice of Vegetarian Roast Beef!
