Edible Eggless Cookie Dough
If your family loves Edible Cookie Dough, this batch makes a perfect portion for everyone to have a spoonful or two (or three) to get their cookie dough fix. It’s a quick and easy recipe with chocolate chips packed in every bite. It tastes exactly like cookie dough! Everyone will love it!
This is one of my husband’s favorite treats. Every so often I’ll make it for him to snack on for a Packer game. I got a special container for it from the Dollar Store that I only use for cookie dough! That special little detail makes him feel loved.

What You’ll Need:
- 1/2 cup Salted Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
How to Make Edible Cookie Dough
- Using a hand mixer, cream together 1/2 cup softened butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Then mix in 2 tsp vanilla.
- Mix in 1 cup flour; the mixture will be crumbly. Add in 2 tbsp of milk; which gives it a cookie dough consistency.
- Fold in 1 cup milk chocolate chips.
Is Raw Flour Safe to Eat?
A. You decide; I can think of a lot worse things to eat. In my opinion, it’s worth the ‘risk!’
Recipe Notes & Substitutions:
- Vegan – You can easily make this vegan by substituting the butter, milk, and chocolate chips with vegan alternatives.
- Chocolate chips – They are easily interchangeable, use whatever flavor you’d like!
