Foolproof recipe that makes the best tender, buttery pie crust! This is the best method for beginners!
Easy Pie Crust Recipe with Butter
Even though I am a baker, I am not passionate about baking everything. I don’t love pie, so I really don’t enjoy making it. Up until recently, I have only ever made one pie in my life. And that was many years ago!
My son recently picked a bag of apples on a school field trip and asked if we could make a pie. I was thrilled he wanted to spend time together in the kitchen, but terrified to make a pie.
I did some research to find an Easy Pie Crust. One of the reasons I don’t like making pie is having to touch raw flour. I really don’t like the feeling of it! I found this recipe at Natasha’s Kitchen and noticed the crust is made in the food processor with only a few simple ingredients. Once I saw that, my mindset shifted and I got excited!
This is absolutely the BEST pie crust I have ever had! It was so easy to make, it came together in minutes, and really gave me a huge sense of accomplishment! Not to mention it is wonderfully buttery! I am considered a beginner pie maker, and as a beginner I highly recommend using this recipe!
If you are feeling adventurous and would like to try making a pie, I suggest using this crust with one of my Grandma’s pie fillings from her Rhubarb Pie, Cherry Pie, or Blueberry Pie! I used this crust to make The Best Apple Pie!
