Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie Cups with Streusel Topping

What You’ll Need:
- 2 (12.4 oz) Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing
- 1 (21 oz) Apple Pie Filling
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter, Cold & Cubed
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
How to Make Cinnamon Roll Mini Apple Pies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Roll each cinnamon roll flat between two pieces of parchment paper then press into muffin tin cups.
- Place a large scoop of apple pie filling in the centers of the cinnamon roll cups.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup cold, cubed butter, and 2 tsp cinnamon with a fork to make the streusel topping.
- Cover the apple pie filling with a generous layer of streusel.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes.
