Easy Pretzel Bites with Pillsbury Biscuit Dough
This is my 901st recipe posted on the blog! And it is brought to you by none other than my Grandma!

I say it’s time to celebrate! These Soft Pretzel Bites would go great with Boat Dip, Puppy Chow, Garlic Ranch Pretzels, Caramel Crispix, Beer Dip, and Chex Scotcheroos!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuit Dough
- 1/4 cup Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Water
- Coarse Salt

How to Make Soft Pretzel Bites
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuits and roll each into a small rope. Cut into 4 equal pieces.
- Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, carefully stir in 1/4 cup baking soda.
- Working in small batches, drop dough balls into baking soda bath and boil for 15 seconds on each side. Use a slotted spoon to transfer dough balls to baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg with 1 tbsp water. Brush egg wash over each dough ball and immediately sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
