Let your kids use their imaginations to decorate this easy to make treat for Halloween!

Frankenstein Cookie Pizza
I recently made pumpkin shaped pancakes that I called a Pinterest fail. I had a picture in my head of what they would look like, but the batter didn’t form the way I wanted it to and the colors were distorted from the heat of the pan.
The good news is the kids I fed them to didn’t mind at all and ate them all up! Which leads me to the beauty of this Halloween Cookie Pizza. Let your kids decorate it however they’d like! They don’t care what stuff looks like, they just have fun using their imaginations! Their creative minds dream up all sorts of stuff, they will have a blast coming up with ideas.

What You’ll Need:
- 16.5 oz Sugar Cookie Dough Roll
- 1/2 cup Butter, Softened
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 4 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 3-5 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Green Food Coloring
- Halloween Candy

How to Make a Halloween Cookie Pizza
- Preheat oven to the temperature on the cookie dough roll.
- Line a pizza pan with parchment paper. (You’ll probably have to cut to size.)
- Remove the cookie dough roll from it’s packaging and press together into a ball. Roll out until it’s a circle, about 1/4 inches thick. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
- Let cookie cool.
- Make the frosting by beating together 1/2 cup softened butter and 4 oz softened cream cheese. Add 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 3-5 tbsp milk, and 1 tbsp vanilla and beat until well mixed. Add green food coloring until desired shade of green is reached.
- Spread evenly over the cookie ‘pizza crust,’ leaving the edges uncovered. Top with Halloween candy.
