Funfetti Cookie Dough
Our neighbor’s have a daughter my son’s age. They both share a love for Lego’s and have a great time playing together! We are blessed to have such great neighbors!
She came over this week and wanted to bake with me. I asked her what she wanted to make. We turned to Pinterest for inspiration and she chose to make this Edible Funfetti Cookie Dough! I wasn’t going to try and convince her out of it, I looooove cookie dough!
If you prefer the cookie form, then you can just as easily make these Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3/4 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
How to Make Edible Funfetti Cookie Dough
- In a large bowl, beat together 1 cup softened butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and 1/2 tsp salt until light and fluffy.
- Add and beat in 3 tbsp milk, 3/4 tsp vanilla, and 3/4 tsp almond extract.
- Add and beat in 2 cups flour and mix until well combined.
- Fold in 1 cup white chocolate chips and 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles.
Is Raw Flour Safe to Eat?
A: You decide; I can think of a lot worse things to eat. In my opinion, it’s worth the ‘risk!’
