Every June I go to Wisconsin Camp Meeting for 10 days. It’s one of my favorite weeks of the year! From sun up to sun down my days are packed with making great memories with friends and family!

For many years I’ve scheduled all of my content to post to social media automatically when I am gone. You would not believe the amount of work it takes to get all of it ready. But even though it’s scheduled, there are still additional steps I need to take when the post is triggered to send.

For the first time, I decided not to stress about it. I didn’t schedule it ahead of time because I needed a break from the pressure I put on myself AND I just didn’t want to mess with it while I was there.

And guess what?! Everything was just fine! All of the work I do throughout the year to keep this blog as my passive income kept running smoothly and I jumped right back into things when I got home.

Moral of the story – let go of the unrealistic expectations you put on yourself. Everything will work out just fine, most of the time better. We are all guilty of putting too many demands on ourselves! Let’s give each other permission to slow down!

• 1 (1 oz) packet Taco Seasoning

How to Make Boat Dip

• In a medium size bowl, beat together 1 (16 oz) container sour cream with 1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
• Beat in 1 (10 oz) drained can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 (1 oz) packet Ranch seasoning, and 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning until well combined.
