A cozy, naturally sweet bread that is packed with Fall flavor! There is a caramel-like swirl of sweetness in every slice!
Healthy Apple Date Bread
I took some time off over the holidays, which meant my Grandma got time off, too! But she still used her time wisely! She had accumulated some new recipes that she’s been wanting to try. She used her break to try some of them, one of them being this Apple Date Bread!
The first time she made it, we thought it was delicious, but everyone agreed it needed more filling. Some also thought it should be sweeter.
So she made it again and revised the original recipe to have a thicker and sweeter swirl. She nailed it! The best part is she didn’t use any sugar to sweeten it – she used honey! I love, love, looooove this bread – especially toasted. It takes like a cinnamon roll swirl, but you can eat it guilt free!
