One Bowl Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
I have always dreaded taking pictures of bread. I don’t know why, but it’s always been a very time consuming challenge for me. I was never, ever happy with the way the pictures turned out. One day, I decided I just couldn’t waste time and energy on the dread. I was determined to figure out a better way.
So I started looking at what other food photographers were doing to find some inspiration. After much research, I came to the conclusion I need to start with a completely different setup and angle. I have been so happy with the results! I went from cringing to looking forward to taking more pictures of bread!
I wish I would have been more intentional about fixing this problem sooner, it sure would have saved me a lot of grief!

What You’ll Need:
- 2 Bananas, Mashed
- 1/3 cup Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 1/4 cups Zucchini, Shredded
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bread loaf pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mash 2 bananas. Stir in 1/3 cup melted butter until smooth.
- Whisk in 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 1/2 cups flour and mix until thick batter forms.
- Fold in 1 1/4 cups shredded zucchini and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle additional mini chocolate chips on top of the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Moist crumbs are okay, you don’t want to overbake it.
