A plant based twist on the classic Caesar wrap, using a store bought salad mix to keep it easy!

Easy Vegetarian Chicken Caesar Wrap
I pack 4,952 lunches a week, so I am always looking for shortcuts. Okay, maybe that’s an exaggeration… it sure feels like I pack that many, though!
One night after dinner I had leftover salad. I didn’t want to waste it so I was resourceful and came up with the genius idea to roll it up into a wrap for my husband’s lunch the next day! Ever since then, I use any salad kit to make wraps and mix in whatever protein I can find around the house. Easiest meal I can think of! The options are endless, you can really get creative with this idea!
When it comes to these Vegetarian Chicken Caesar Wraps, I don’t use the dressing that comes in the kit because it has anchovies in it. I buy separate dressing, usually the Kraft brand.
Some of my other favorite wraps are Veggie Pizza and Broccoli Salad. But, if you are up for a sandwich instead, you might like a Vegetarian BLT or Egg Salad Sandwich!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 bag Store Bought Caesar Salad Kit
- Kraft Classic Caesar Dressing
- 1 (13.5 oz) bag Morningstar Farms Chik’n Strips
- Oil for Frying
- 3 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas

How to Make Vegetarian Chicken Caesar Wrap
- Mix together 1 bag store bought Caesar salad kit. Replace dressing from the kit with Kraft Classic Caesar Dressing.
- Fry 1 (13.5 oz) bag Morningstar Farms Chik’n Strips in a little oil, stirring occassionally, until browned. Let cool.
- Place salad into the center of a burrito size flour tortilla, top with Chik’n Strips, and roll into a wrap.

Recipe Notes:
- Serving – For a fresh tasting wrap, assemble right before serving. This wrap is best served cold.
- Dressing – I swap out the dressing that comes with the kit because it has anchovies in it.
- Salad – This idea works for any store bought salad kit!
- Protein – Toss in any protein you’d like!
