Grandma’s traditional recipe for Orange Creamsicle Cookies with white chocolate chips and chopped pecans!
Orange Creamsicle Cookie with White Chocolate Chips
My son and I were baking together recently and he quoted Grandma several times saying, ‘Grandma said to always bake at the lowest time on the recipe,’ Grandma said, ‘Always start with the lowest speed on your beater,’ and Grandma said, ‘We can always add time if it’s needs it but you can never un-burn something.’
It was so cute! What a gift to him that he’s been able to spend time with her in the kitchen and learn all of her baking secrets! If your child’s Grandparents are still alive and live local to you, make sure they get some quality time with them as often as they can!
My Grandma made these Orange Creamsicle Cookies for you! If you don’t like nuts, you can easily leave them out of your cookies. We not only love her cookies for the taste, but she makes big cookies! If you like big cookies, too, then make sure you try her Oatmeal Raisin Cookies or Copycat Levain Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookies!
