Pistachio Fluff Salad with Pineapple

I know it’s hard for you to believe, but sometimes I run out of things to say. HA! I have more work to do than time to do it in, so sometimes I find myself feeling robotic.

This recipe is brought to you by some good friends of ours. This Pistachio Fluff Salad is their go-to potluck dish at our church potluck. It’s super easy and everyone loves it! It’s also known as Watergate Salad. Whatever you call it, people will be raving about it! It’s definitely something to talk about!

What You’ll Need:

• 2 (3.4 oz) Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
• 1 (20 oz) can Pineapple, Crushed
• 1 (16 oz) Cool Whip
• 1 (10 oz) bag Mini-Marshmallows

How to Make Pistachio Fluff Salad

• In a large bowl, combine 2 (3.4 oz) Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix with 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple. Mix until well combined.
• Add in 1 (16 oz) Cool Whip and 1 (10 oz) bag mini-marshmallows.
• Keep refrigerated.
• Top with maraschino cherries before serving if desired.
