Red, White & Blue No Bake Cheesecake
I looooove everything patriotic! There’s just something about red, white, and blue that makes summer official.
It’s our annual family tradition to go to Willow Springs for the 4th of July. Every year they put on a beautiful all day Independence Day event packed with a car show, tractor and horse drawn shuttle rides, crafts, petting zoo, bounce houses, face painting, food, music, and a huge fireworks show!
As I comfortably sit in a lawn chair every year making memories and laughing with friends, overlooking the land I am free in, and watching my son roll down the hill over and over with his friends, I think to myself, “Life is good.” I am eternally grateful to the men and women who have risked and sacrificed their lives!
I love this Patriotic No Bake Cheesecake because it’s super easy to make, it’s light, and it’s not too rich or sweet. It’s just right! You could add these 4th of July Rice Krispie Treats & 4th of July Brownies to your holiday spread, too!
What You’ll Need to Make the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 packages Graham Crackers
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 12 tbsp Butter, Melted
And the Cheesecake:
- 4 (8 oz) boxes of Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup Red, White & Blue Sprinkles
How to Make Patriotic No Bake Cheesecake
- Place 2 packages of Graham Crackers in a food processor and turn into crumbs. Add 2 tsp flour and 1/2 cup sugar and pulse until well combined. Add 12 tbsp melted butter and pulse together well.
- Distribute evenly into a 9 x 13 pan and press down firmly. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together 4 (8 oz) boxes of softened cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar. Mix in 16 oz Cool Whip.
- With as few strokes as possible, stir in 1/2 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles.
- Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over the Graham Cracker crust. Sprinkle additional red, white, and blue sprinkles over the top of the cheesecake. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes:
- Mixing in sprinkles – The fewer the strokes you make as you stir the sprinkles into the cheesecake mixture, the better. Their color starts to bleed into the cheesecake the more you stir! So stir as little as possible.
- Spraying the pan – You don’t need to spray the pan before pressing the Graham Cracker crust into it.
- Sprinkles – You can stir in more or less sprinkles than the recipe calls for.
- Flag – You could also decorate the top of the cheesecake in the shape of a flag with strawberries and blueberries or raspberries and blackberries.
