A sweet, buttery, toffee-like crunchy snack mix that tastes like pralines! Every bite is a mix of sweet and salty!
Praline Crunch Recipe
There are days when I push my limits by working right up to the last minute before I leave to pick up my son from school. Which means I leave a ginormous mess in the kitchen and clean it up when I get back.
A few weeks ago I crammed a lot into one day, taking pictures of multiple recipes, so my kitchen had been completely turned upside down. I had a huge pile of dirty dishes in the sink, the counter didn’t have an inch of space for anything else, and my kitchen table was a disaster. But, like many times before, I left it to clean up when I got back so I could use the time to work instead of clean up.
Well, as bad luck would have it, an old co-worker of mine was in the area and stopped by while I was gone and of course my husband invited him right in to the scene of where he probably thought a tornado hit! As they were casually catching up as if the mess didn’t exist, my husband calls me to tell me he was there. I could not get home fast enough! I was mortified. I was so embarrassed by my kitchen!
That incident has motivated me to never leave my kitchen in shambles to clean up when I get back ever again! And, in an effort to erase his memory I am giving him a big bag of this Praline Crunch!
If you are in the mood for a snack attack, I strongly suggest you make Puppy Chow, Butter Toffee Pretzels, Caramel Pretzels, Candied Pecans, or Caramel Crispix, too!
