What You’ll Need:
- 6 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 4 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 12 pieces Texas Toast Bread
- 2 tbsp Vegan Butter
How to Make French Toast Without Eggs
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together 6 tbsp cornstarch, 1 cup almond milk, 4 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet to medium heat and coat with vegan butter to keep the bread from sticking.
- Dunk both sides of 1 slice of Texas Toast bread and place on the pre-heated skillet. Cook until golden brown, then flip to the other side and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining 11 slices of bread.
