Birthday Sprinkle Cake Mix Cookies (Soft, Chewy, and So Easy!)
Sprinkles make me happy! Whether I see them in Cake Batter Puppy Chow or on Cake Batter Rice Krispie Treats it makes me feel like celebrating! Even if it’s not for a birthday, there is always a reason for celebration.
We can celebrate a new day, the sun shining through our windows in the morning, children laughing, a passing grade on a test, a career accomplishment, there are endless reasons to celebrate!
These Birthday Cake Mix Cookies aren’t just for birthday parties. They can be for any party or for any reason! It’s even a fun thing for kids to bake to cure boredom on rainy days!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 package Vanilla Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Oil
- Bright Multi-Color Sprinkles
How to Make Birthday Sprinkle Cookies with Cake Mix
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine 1 package of vanilla cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup oil and mix well.
- Scoop 1 1/2 inch size cookie dough balls and roll into sprinkles.
- Place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
