Easter Dirt Cups with Premade Pudding
I’m known for my shortcuts. Although I haven’t decided whether that’s a good or bad thing yet! I’ve always looked for the fastest way to do things. Most people, including myself, put unrealistic expectations on themselves. And, sadly, they are usually set based on what we worry other people think. It’s so silly! One day I finally decided I’m not working to meet assumed expectations of other people. There really is no right or wrong way to do things, so why not just do them the way it works best for me?!
You want to know how I season my fries? I rip open the bag and dump a bunch of seasoning right in the bag and shake them up. Easy.
Did you know you don’t actually have to boil frozen tortellini or ravioli? It’s true. I leave it in my refrigerator overnight to thaw. When I am ready to serve it I pour sauce in a pan, add the pasta, and warm it up. Super easy shortcut! (That’s why it says ready in 5 minutes. You are really only thawing it in the boiling water.)
I don’t boil corn on the cob. I wrap it in saran wrap and heat it up in the microwave for a few minutes. My shortcuts are endless. If it saves time, accomplishes what I am trying to do effectively, and I am happy with the result I consider it a success!
And I cut down on the baking time for potatoes by putting them in the microwave first, then transferring them to the oven for half the time they would normally take!
Sometimes I have the time and feel like putting in the effort, and when I do I’ll make Easter Oreo Dirt Cake Cups from scratch. But when I don’t have time, I like taking shortcuts and will make these Easter Dirt Cake Pudding Cups! There is no shame in managing your time with a little creative thinking!

- 12 Chocolate Pudding Cups
- 12 Easter Bunny Peeps
- 25 Oreo Cookies, Crushed
How to Make Easter Dirt Cake Pudding Cups
- Open 12 chocolate pudding cups and set out on the counter.
- Crush 25 Oreos in a food processor and divide evenly between the pudding cups.
- Place an Easter Bunny Peep in the top of each pudding cup.
