Easy Hot Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Fudge really isn’t on anyone’s radar until the holidays. Or, unless you are visiting a tourist area and they have a fudge shop you can’t resist!
But make fudge taste like a mug of hot chocolate, and you’ll be wanting it all winter! This Hot Chocolate Fudge is super easy to make and is the perfect compliment to any holiday treat tray.
You can have hot chocolate in all forms, like Hot Cocoa Cookies, Easy Hot Cocoa Cinnamon Rolls, Hot Cocoa Brownie Bites, or Hot Chocolate Dip! You can also make a Hot Cocoa Bar, too!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 packets Hot Chocolate Mix (or 6 tbsp Hot Chocolate Mix)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 cups Mini-Marshmallows
How to Make Hot Chocolate Fudge
- Line 8 x 8 pan with aluminum foil. Lightly spray with non-stick spray.
- Place 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup butter in a bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk and 2 hot chocolate mix packets.
- Continue to microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each one, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Once melted, stir in 2 tsp vanilla.
- Gently fold in 2 cups mini-marshmallows.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Gently press remaining 1 cup mini-marshmallows into the top of the fudge so they stick.
- Cover and refrigerate until firm.
