Cranberry Fluff Salad Recipe
I think most families have holiday traditions, it’s one of the best things about the season! This Cranberry Fluff Salad reminds me of my Grandma Krueger. We could always count on her for making it every Thanksgiving, except her version was much healthier.

What You’ll Need:
- 1 (12 oz) package Fresh Cranberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 (8 oz) can Pineapple, Crushed (Undrained)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Mini-Marshmallows
How to Make Cranberry Fluff Salad
- Add 1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries to a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped, but not mushy.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in 1 cup sugar and 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
- In a medium bowl, beat 4 oz softened cream cheese until smooth. Pour in 2 cups heavy whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Drain some of the juice from the cranberry mixture. Fold the whipped cream mixture into the salad.
- Fold in 2 cups mini-marshmallows.
- Refrigerate.
