Pecan Pie Bark with Graham Crackers
The first time my Grandma tried making this Pecan Pie Bark, she made it in a small pan. It was good, but the mixture was really thick.
So she tried again using a bigger pan, which made the buttery brown sugar mixture spread out thinner. It was perfect! She’s been baking and cooking for a bazillion years and she always says to make the recipe as instructed first, then make any changes you’d like the next time.

What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Pecans, Chopped
- Graham Crackers, Squared

How to Make Pecan Pie Bark
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 10 x 15 baking pan with edges with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Break graham crackers into squares and line the bottom of the baking pan with them.
- In a sauce pan, melt 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar together until just dissolved.
- Add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool.
