Easy Red Velvet Cookie Recipe
Some days I feel like baking from scratch and some days I don’t. For the occasions I don’t feel like putting in a lot of effort or I don’t have time, I like to keep it easy with recipes like these Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies!
These are so easy to make and you most likely already have everything you need. They are fun to make with kids because you can use any combination of cake mix with any chocolate chips or sprinkles.

What You’ll Need:
- 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
How to Make Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix, 1/2 cup oil, and 2 eggs until well combined.
- Fold in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
- Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes. After removing from the oven, place additional white chocolate chips in the tops of the cookies before allowing to cool.
