There is a time for slaving away in the kitchen and a time not to. The 4th of July is definitely a time not to, I’d rather be in the pool! I like to keep things super easy in the summer, while still being festive. These 4th of July Ice Cream Sandwiches the perfect combination of simple and fun!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 box Store Bought Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Red, White & Blue Sprinkles
How to Make 4th of July Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Remove box from the freezer and unwrap desired number of ice cream sandwiches.
- Roll sides of the sandwich into red, white, and blue sprinkles.
Recipe Notes:
- Popsicle sticks – To make these even more fun, put a popsicle stick on the end of the ice cream sandwiches!
- Sandwiches – You can use any kind of ice cream sandwich you’d like to make these!
- Make ahead – You can easily make these ahead of time. Just return them to the freezer in a freezer safe bag until ready to serve!
- Any occasion – This idea works great for any occasion, especially birthday’s! Just change the color of the sprinkles to match the occasion.
