Sweet Potato Pie Recipe
I’m pretty sure this will be an unpopular opinion, but I like Sweet Potato Pie better than Pumpkin Pie! They are very similar, so much that I think someone could be easily fooled that one is the other. But there is a natural sweetness, a warmth from the spices, and an earthy flavor that really stands out to me in this pie.
I should probably include that I absolutely love sweet potatoes, too!

How to Make a Sweet Potato Pie

- Place in a large bowl and add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp all spice, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 cup buttermilk, and 3 slightly beaten eggs. Whisk until well combined.
