At the close of every day I am overwhelmed with this exciting feeling of, “I can’t wait to go to work tomorrow!” I love, love, love, LOVE my ‘job!’ First of all, it doesn’t actually feel like a job and second, I get to make fun things like this St. Patrick’s Day Puppy Chow and Lucky Charms Puppy Chow!
I love the creativity Puppy Chow brings out in me! There are so many different variations you can make. And I especially love snacking on it, this stuff is one of my greatest weaknesses!

Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 6 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms Marshmallows
How to Make St. Patrick’s Day Puppy Chow
- Pour 6 cups Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
- Put 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, and 1/4 cup butter in a small sauce pan and melt together over low heat. Stir frequently until completely melted and combined then add in 1 tsp vanilla and stir.
- Pour over cereal and mix until the cereal is coated.
- Transfer to a gallon Ziplock bag, then add 2 cups powdered sugar. Seal the bag and shake until the cereal is well coated.
- To keep the marshmallows bright colored, sprinkle desired amount of St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms Marshmallows on top of the Puppy Chow before serving.

Ingredients
