A festive treat put together in just a few minutes so you can sit back and enjoy the twinkling Christmas lights!
Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark Cups
To say I love Christmas would be an understatement. Because I really, really, really love Christmas! I love the Christmas lights and decorations, the excitement on my son’s face, putting up our Christmas tree, Hallmark movies, Christmas music, the happiness in the air, Christmas cookies and treats, and our family Christmas traditions!
The holiday season always leaves just as soon as it comes, so I don’t waste any time jumping into the Christmas festivities. As a matter of fact, I start blogging Christmas recipes in July!
These Peppermint Bark Cups are a super easy way to kick off the holiday season! If you have more peppermint crunch to use up, you could make White Chocolate Peppermint Oreos, Peppermint Cheesecake Dip, Mini Peppermint Cheesecakes, Peppermint Bark Fudge, or Peppermint Bark!
