A really easy pizza dough that makes one large pizza, two small pizza’s, or four personal pizza’s!
Pizza Dough Recipe
According to my son, he thinks I could easily sell this Homemade Cheese Pizza by the slice and make millions! We discovered this super easy recipe when we earned the Baking Honor for Pathfinders. All of us just loved this pizza – it is unbelievably easy and delicious!
I love pizza, but I don’t like a lot of cheese on it. Weird, I know, it’s the main ingredient! When I make my own pizza, I can cut down on the cheese and then I don’t feel greasy and gross after I eat it!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Instant Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- Pizza Sauce
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
How to Make Homemade Cheese Pizza
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In an electric stand mixer with the dough hook, mix 1 cup warm water, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp canola oil, 1 tbsp instant yeast, and 1 tsp salt.
- Once mixed, slowly add in 2 1/2 cups flour until a soft dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Allow the dough hook to continue kneading for 3 minutes in the mixer.
- Remove the dough hook and bowl from the mixer. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Flatten dough evenly onto a greased pizza pan.
- Top evenly with desired amount of pizza sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes.

- Size – You can use this dough for 1 large pizza, 2 small pizza’s, or 4 individual size pizza’s.
