Caramel Marshmallow Popcorn with Marshmallows

I couldn’t even tell you which Christmas movie is my favorite, because I love so many of them! I think this Christmas Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn is one of the best ways to enjoy Christmas movies! Your kids will have fun with the sprinkles and M&M’s in the popcorn!

I know this popcorn looks a little underwhelming, but trust me when I say this stuff is absolutely amazing! Prepare by giving big bowls to your family so you don’t have to keep pausing the movie when everyone keeps getting up to get more!

What You’ll Need:

• 1 (3.2 oz) bag Microwave Popcorn
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
• 20 Marshmallows
• Christmas Sprinkles or M&M’s

How to Make Christmas Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn

• Lay out a large piece of parchment paper on the counter.
• Pop 1 (3.2 oz) bag microwave popcorn and transfer to a large bowl. Make sure to remove any un-popped kernels.
• Melt 1/2 cup butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat. Add 1 cup brown sugar and 1 tbsp light corn syrup and stir until well mixed. Add 20 marshmallows and continuously stir until melted and well combined, about 5 minutes.
• Pour mixture over the popcorn and mix well. Spread the popcorn out on the parchment paper and sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles and/or Christmas M&M’s.
• Let sit for 10 minutes to set up.
