Football Eclairs

I do not engage in social media drama, of any kind. I keep my comments and thoughts to myself. First of all, how do I know it’s true? Both videos and pictures can be altered to support anyone’s agenda.

There is so much anger and hatred online that is formed based on seeing or reading something for mere seconds while doom scrolling. A large number of people form opinions based on someone else’s opinion or worse, something that isn’t true – even a brief headline they see!

It is my hope, that someday soon, people will go back to thinking for themselves and stop coming to conclusions so quickly. Is there really a greater privilege than to think for ourselves and make informed decisions based on what we think is best for our families? THAT is freedom. So many people have given up their freedom because it’s easier to jump on someone else’s bandwagon or they saw it on the news.

It’s football season, and we all know people have more things to say now than any other time of the year! Sit back and relax with these Mini Football Eclairs. They are super easy to make! Just remember, the laces will never look perfect. The eclairs are slightly rounded and imperfect on the top, so the icing may not stay exactly where you put it.

What You’ll Need:

• 12 Store Bought Mini-Eclairs
• 1 tube Store Bought White Icing

How to Make Mini Football Eclairs

• Thaw 12 store bought mini-eclairs.
• When thawed, dab condensation off the tops of the eclairs.
• Cut the tip off of a tube of store bought white icing as small as you can.
• Draw laces on the chocolate side of the éclair to make it look like a football.
• Let icing harden.
