Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberries for Valentine’s Day
The secret to perfect Chocolate Covered Strawberries for Valentine’s Day is to use chocolate almond bark! It melts perfectly tempered, which gives the strawberries a smooth, glossy finish. It doesn’t coat the berries too thick like milk chocolate and it’s much easier to work with!
Make sure the strawberries are completely dry. Any evidence of water will ruin the berries! The moisture prevents the chocolate from sticking to the berries and it will slowly start to leak out, making a mess of the appearance.
These pretty berries are a traditional addition to Valentine’s Day! You can decorate them any way you’d like. If you love these, then I think you’ll like Strawberry Cheesecake Dip, Raspberry Brownies, and Mini Valentine Cheesecakes, too!
