Layered Patriotic Cheesecake Dessert Cups!
Is there anything better than Summer and everything that comes with it?! We love going to the lake, bonfires, bike rides, exploring, the ice cream truck, late nights with friends, and most of all the fireworks! These Patriotic No Bake Cheesecake Parfaits are an easy way to give a personal touch to a patriotic potluck picnic!
We pack as much fun into the Summer months as possible. I am eternally grateful to the men and women who fought for our freedom to do so! They sacrificed their lives and time with their family for us – there are no words big enough to thank them!
Why this Recipe Works:
- Stable, No Bake Cheesecake Base – The combination of cream cheese and marshmallow creme creates a smooth, rich filling that holds its shape without baking.
- Cool Whip Keeps it Light and Airy – Folding in Cool Whip transforms the filling into a light, mousse-like texture, preventing it from feeling too dense or heavy.
- Fresh Berries Add Contrast – Strawberries and blueberries bring natural sweetness, juiciness, and a slight tartness, which cuts through the richness of the cheesecake layers while adding the red and blue patriotic colors.
- Graham Cracker Crumbs Add Texture – The buttery graham cracker layer provides a soft crunch, mimicking a traditional cheesecake crust and adding contrast to the creamy filling.
- Layering Creates the Perfect Bite – By stacking crumbs, filling, and berries, each spoonful includes creamy, crunchy, sweet, and fresh elements all at once!

What You’ll Need for the No Bake Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened) – Forms the rich, creamy base of the filling with a slightly tangy flavor. Softening ensures a smooth, lump-free mixture.
- 2 2/3 cups Marshmallow Creme – Adds sweetness and helps create a light, fluffy texture white stabilizing the filling without baking.
- 2 cups Cool Whip (Thawed) – Keeps the cheesecake layer airy and smooth, giving it that classic no bake, mousse-like consistency.
- Mixed Berries – Provides fresh, juicy flavor and natural sweetness, plus the red and blue colors for a patriotic look.
And the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 sleeve Graham Crackers (Crushed) – The base of the crust, offering a sweet, slightly crunchy texture that mimics traditional cheesecake crust.
- 1 tsp Flour – Helps bind the crumbs slightly, improving structure in a no bake setting.
- 1/4 cup Sugar – Sweetens the crust and enhances the graham cracker flavor.
- 6 tbsp Butter (Melted) – Holds the crust together and adds richness, creating that classic buttery crumble texture.

How to Make Patriotic No Bake Cheesecake Parfaits
- Set out 3 cups.
- In a medium size bowl, make the cheesecake layer by beating together 8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 2/3cups marshmallow creme, and 2 cups Cool Whip.
- In a food processor, make the crust by combining 1 package graham crackers, 1 tsp flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and 6 tbsp melted butter.
- Layer crust, cheesecake filling, and mixed berries in the cup as desired.

My Best Tips:
- Berries are Flexible – You can use any combination of mixed red and blue berries you’d like.
- Use Fresh, Dry Berries – Pat berries dry before layering. Extra moisture can make the parfaits watery and affect texture.
- Use Clear Cups or Jars – You can use any size cup you’d like, just adjust the cheesecake portion accordingly. Smaller cups are harder to use – you need enough room for layering.
- Assemble Just Before Serving – It’s best to assemble the layers just before serving.
