Things change so quickly, usually without warning. Some change is good and necessary; some change is hard. We’ve been going to our local small town Christmas parade since our son was in a stroller. It became a yearly tradition, I never imagined it wouldn’t be part of our Christmas season.
But… our son is a teenager now and he didn’t want to go this year. I had such inner turmoil over it! On one hand I understood he is growing out of it, on the other I thought it was similar to Halloween – something kids never really grow out of.
I suppose the transitions of childhood are hard for all parents, yet exciting for kids!
This 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge may excite you, though. It’s super easy to make and comes together in just a few minutes!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 (16 oz) container Store Bought Vanilla Frosting
- 1 (16 oz) jar Peanut Butter
How to Make 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
- Line 8 x 8 pan with aluminum foil.
- Place 1 (16 oz) container store bought vanilla frosting and 1 (16 oz) jar peanut butter into a medium size bowl.
- Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the mixture is completely smooth and melted.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined pan evenly and smooth out.
- Refrigerate until firm.
