Tips for Making Vegan Double Chocolate Donuts
- These Vegan Double Chocolate Donuts are so versatile! You can make these festive with any kind of topping or sprinkles you’d like! Like these Baked Valentine’s Day Donuts!
- When dipping into the glaze, be sure to hold onto the bottom while turning the donut upside down to dip into the glaze.
- Once the donut is dipped, turn right side up and place onto a cooling rack. You may need to poke the center of the donut gently with a toothpick if the glaze doesn’t drop down the center on it’s own.
- The glaze hardens quickly. If it starts to harden in the bowl, just put it back in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and it will soften up so you can keep dunking!
- Also, you don’t have to make these vegan. You can easily swap the vegan ingredients for regular milk, butter, and chocolate chips!
- You don’t have to use the chocolate glaze, either. You can just leave them as cake donuts!
