My husband has fun giving me a hard time every Spring about the amount of flowers I buy. He knows how much I love flowers, so he doesn’t mind that it looks like a greenhouse on our front step and deck every year. But he still enjoys the thrill of harassing me about it! I often tell him they just jumped in the cart or they were helpless and I had to save them. I’ve given him alllll sorts of reasons why I show up with more flowers every day.
He recently came up with the best response yet to my overspending on flowers. As we were laughing about how ridiculous I am, he chimed in saying, “There is social distancing on plants now, we have to stay 25 feet away from them!” HA! He just cracks me up. I love him.
