A cute and easy to make treat for kids at Thanksgiving! Everyone will smile when they see these donuts for breakfast!
Thanksgiving Turkey Donuts
When my son’s school teacher asks if I can make treats for their classroom Thanksgiving party, it is absolutely YES!! So I made these super cute Turkey Donuts for them!
I had planned on using candy corn, but as I was digging through my stash (you would call TLC’s hoarder show on me if you saw all the candy I stock throughout the year) I realized I had some leftover candy corn marshmallows to use up. I was thrilled! So at the last minute, I pivoted and used those instead.
If you can’t find them in the store, just use candy corn. The turkey’s will be just as cute!

What You’ll Need:
- 12 Glazed Donuts
- 12 Glazed Donut Holes
- 60 Jet Puffed Candy Corn Marshmallows
- 24 Candy Eyes
- 12 Orange Reese’s Pieces
- 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips, Melted
How to Make Turkey Donuts
- Set out 12 glazed donuts on parchment paper.
- Place 1 glazed donut hole in the center of each donut.
- Melt 1/4 cup white chocolate chips on a paper plate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval. Stir and flatten out the melted chocolate so it’s a thin layer on the paper plate.
- Lightly dip the back of 5 Jet Puffed Candy Corn Marshmallows into the melted white chocolate and ‘glue’ them on as fanned feathers above the donut hole. Repeat with other donuts until all feathers are ‘glued’ on.
- Gently dip the back of 2 candy eyes into the melted chocolate and ‘glue’ them onto the donut hole. Repeat with other donuts.
- Cut 12 orange Reese’s in half and ‘glue’ each one onto the donut holes to use as noses with the melted white chocolate.
